Myself Devon Maslaniec Owner/Technician was born and raised in Fernie B.C.

After graduating high school I attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University to receive a certificate in Appliance Servicing in 2005. I worked in the Columbia Valley for the next 5 years during which time I met my wife Gayle. In 2011 I decided to take a break from the appliance industry and  joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a Combat Engineer. After completing a 4 year contract, living in Quebec, New Brunswick and then a final posting in Edmonton, Alberta I returned home with my wife. We started our family and True North Appliance Service. We have now been serving the area since 2015 and in that time we have seen tremendous growth in both our business and our personal life.
